have you ever wanted cake but didnt have mix?
well you can have something close if you have pancake mix
just mix the batter like always and add about a cup of sugar to your batter...
add spices for evenmore flavor...cinnamon, nutmeg.
drop in about a tsp of lemon or vanilla extract if you have some
NOW BAKE IN A GREASED BUNDT OR CAKE PAN EVEN A BAKING DISH IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN.....
times vary so check the doneness after 30 mins.
you should have something resembling a cake to satisfy your sweet tooth
you can even frost it, with that leftover frosting you have in the icebox
