its with sad news I say Prince has died. The musical royalty of purple was found dead in his home at paisley park. Another great gone too soon at 57. Of course we all know his hits like Purple Rain from the Grammy and Oscar winning album of the same name. we have countless hits too many to name-1999, little red corvette, sign of the times, kiss, raspberry beret to name a few. In later years his popularity had waned with new songs but the older songs were always popular. rest in peace Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016)

A Tribe Called Quest

I have sad news for all A Tribe Called Quest fans one of the legendary members in dead. The rapper known as Phife Dawg passed away. There was always hope that there would be a reunion or meeting of minds or even a put together jam session on jimmy fallon's Tonight Show. Another musician has died in recent weeks of already legendary icons and we are left saddened but appreciative of their body of work.

Today i pay tribute to David Bowie, a lot of us that grew up in the era when MTV still played music videos know him from that time. Even though he had hits in the previous years like FAME, video made him even more popular. Songs for videos like
